Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier partner.

Follow the care label instructions, wash gently, avoid harsh detergents, dry in shade, and iron appropriately. 

Store garments neatly in a cool, dry space; avoid sunlight exposure; hang delicate pieces or fold structured items.

Yes, many items use soft, breathable fabrics; we recommend reading material details before purchase for extra comfort. 

Return & Refund

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Also, the products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery and you should get in touch with our customer service team within this timeframe. 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
